English 4 boy charged with murder.

In the case of the 11 year old boy, being tryed for murder in a adult court is unethical. Though im not saying he dosent understand the depth of what he may or may no thave done, dosent mean he should be tried in adult court, if he is in fact 11 then he is a child. I'm not really sure what the point of adult court and juvinelle court, if he is being tryed in adult court. What is the point? Children should not be charged in adult court if they are younger than 18 why would you put them in that situation. Also they transferred him to an adult jail, they werent even equipted to hold a child. I guess in this situation its just bad all together, its a young boy being charged with murder when they havn't come out with any evidence that proves he is guilty. The gunpowder on his shirt isnt hard evidence when he has gunpowder on most of his shirts from hunting with his father. I guess I just dont understand the point of adult and juvinelle court if they are going to try children in adult.
